Currently we lease well over a hundred homes in Central Arkansas. We have concentrated on the two fastest growing towns of Benton and Cabot. Our leases are for 1 year minimum and can be converted into a “Lease to Purchase” program easily. Most of our tenants are in the process of owning their own homes by participating in our Lease/Purchase program. Unlike many Landlords that charge a premium, we try to keep costs down by allowing you to treat your house like your home. We encourage those looking for that special house to use our notification option which will automatically email you in the event your perfect house comes available.

Owning your own home in today’s economy is a must. It is the fastest and easiest way to build wealth and get ahead. A few benefits to owning your own home:
